Tavaziva Dance
Tavaziva Dance was founded in 2004 with a focus on producing innovative and contemporary new dance works, telling essential stories through movement, music and spoken word.
Requiem’s deep exploration of how identity can be influenced by place expands the piece’s relevance beyond any one setting to make it meaningful and suitable for galleries, museums, and a variety of ‘conventional’ and ‘found’ spaces.
The piece is adaptable and responsive to place. It is accessible, graceful, and involving, and performances have been warmly received.

Sonia Sabri Company
Established in 2002 and joining the Arts Council’s National Portfolio in 2012, Sonia
Sabri Company (SSCo) is led by Artistic Director, Sonia Sabri MBE and Musical
Director, Sarvar Sabri. We are a Birmingham Hippodrome associate company and
partner with many organisations across the West Midlands.
Dholli the drummer wants to show his brand-new drum to his friends; Elnaz the
Elephant and Maalini the Garden Guardian. Maalini loves dancing to the beat! But
Elnaz is not so sure…
Come along and help Elnaz find her groove. Perhaps you can teach her a dance
move or two!

Boy Blue
Boy Blue is the UK's leading hip hop dance company. They travel worldwide to perform and educate.
At MK Motion, artists from Boy Blue will present a fun, free hip hop workshop to give the style a go! No experience necessary - come along and take part and show us your skills!

Two Thirds Sky
Two Thirds Sky are excited to be presenting a new work Out of Body that celebrates their 20 years of making professional and community dance.
The work involves sixty performers, including Dance2 youth, Cold Harbour Primary
school, dance graduates and students from UK conservatoires, Open University Dancers and TTS professional artists. Artistic director Lisa Risdale has been working closely with both MÓTUS and co-creators Laura Gibson and Louise Kelsey to bring the incredible cast together.
