Gain an insight into Tilted Productions’ unique movement language and creative process throughout this 3 hour workshop. The workshop will begin with a playful and energetic warm up leading to creative explorations and an introduction into Tilted’s specific approach to object manipulation. Tasks, tools and skills will be shared enabling development in contact work, improvisation and working with objects. Themes from recent works including ideas of home, belonging and place will be explored through movement and discussion.

Tilted Productions is a performing arts company that combines contemporary dance, physical theatre and an imaginative use of objects.. Led by long time Tilted collaborator Megan Saunders, the workshop will be playful, active and thought-provoking engaging both body and mind.

Tilted Productions is a professional intergenerational performing arts company that combines contemporary dance, physical theatre and an imaginative use of objects. Led by long time Tilted collaborator Megan Saunders, the workshop will be playful, active and thought-provoking engaging both body and mind. Tilted have specialised in working with intergenerational professional and community casts often performing outdoors. This workshop will give you an insight into Tilted’s creative process and an opportunity to explore ideas in a fun, active and creative way.

All ages and abilities welcome and encouraged. No dance experience required, only open mindedness and curiosity!
